Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing facility includes 20 Davenports and 2 New Britain Screw Machines. Versatile high volume machines that produce precision components for numerous industries which include Aircraft, Automation, Automotive, Bicycle, Cable, Commercial, Computer, Electronic, Fastener, Fluid Control, Hardware, Instrument, Lock, Marine, Medical, Plumbing, Tool, etc.

High Speed Machining Capabilities
Machining capabilities include Tapping, Knurling, Thread Rolling, Slotting, Broaching, Keyway Milling, Straddle Milling, Cross Drilling, Cross Tapping, Stamping, Transfer Slotting, Back Finishing, Deburring, and Special Sawing.

Capabilities
Davenport capacities range from1/8 to 7/8" round and 3/4" hex. New Britain capacities 3/8 to 1 5/8" round. Length capacities vary depending on part configurations. Alloy shapes in round, hex, square and some extrusions.

Materials
Materials machined in Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless Steel, Specialty Alloys, Copper and Plastics.
